ABOUT US
We are a small, private academy that prepares students to excel in school, on Advanced Placement Exams, and on college entrance exams. We help students achieve the scores they need, and we offer them a deep and long-lasting
education in every level of math, every discipline of science, and every aspect of critical reading and writing. Whether students spend only a summer or four years with us, we will give them an education they can rely on through the end of high school and throughout their years in college.
The school was founded by a Caltech graduate student who wrote the curriculum for and has taught the full range of math and science courses for the last 33 years. The reading and writing courses—AP English, Middle School Reading and Writing, College Prep Writing, College Application Workshop, SAT and ACT Preparation— are taught by a PhD whose degrees are from Georgetown and UCLA, and a graduate of Wellesley. Each one has over 30 years of teaching experience. Together they get to know their students, as they guide, advise, and advance students towards their goals.

All 21 courses at Time Education Center offer a combination of concise lectures, precise and accurate explanations, unique material that cannot be found in textbooks, many available video of lecture to make up the missing class, abundant opportunities to practice, and individual tutoring.
